Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to AI Apply Agent (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms describe the product as operated today. They are not a substitute for legal advice.
1. The Service
AI Apply Agent provides tools to search and browse aggregated job listings, build and tailor resumes, generate cover letters, score job fit, practice interviews, track applications, watch companies, receive optional newsletters, and — where enabled — prepare or assist applications to certain public employer boards (for example Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby). Features may change, and some require an active paid plan.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally able to work / seek work as an adult in your jurisdiction (at least 16, or older if your local law requires). You are responsible for accurate registration details, keeping credentials confidential, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Plans, billing & refunds
Paid access is sold as time-limited packs (for example 1, 2, or 3 months) via Stripe. While a plan is active you get the paid feature set described at purchase; when it expires, paid features lock until you renew (or an admin restores access). Taxes may apply. Except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once the pack is activated.
4. Your content
You retain rights to resumes, profile text, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (including sending necessary excerpts to AI processors). You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate others’ rights or law.
5. AI features — no guarantees
AI outputs (fit scores, tailored resumes, cover letters, interview answers, auto-apply field answers, newsletters, and similar) are probabilistic assistants. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You must review all materials before sending them to employers. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salary outcomes, or ATS acceptance.
6. Jobs & third-party sites
Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, expired, or incomplete. Clicking out to employer career pages or ATS forms takes you to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
7. Auto Apply & assisted applications
Auto Apply / assisted apply features help you prepare answers and documents, and may help fill public application forms you authorize. Unless a feature expressly states that we will submit on your behalf with your confirmation, you remain responsible for the final submission and for the truthfulness of what is sent.
You agree not to use the Service to spam employers, misrepresent identity or work authorization, bypass CAPTCHAs or security controls, or violate an employer’s or platform’s terms (including LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar authenticated networks). We may rate-limit or disable automation that creates abuse or ban risk.
Voluntary equal-opportunity / demographic self-identification questions should be answered by you when required; the Service is not a license to fabricate protected characteristics.
8. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service beyond permitted use.
- Upload malware or unlawful content.
- Share accounts or resell access without our written permission.
- Attempt to access other users’ data or admin systems.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, software, and original content (excluding Your Content and third-party job postings) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you — only a limited right to use the Service as allowed.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, abuse, or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR MISSED JOB OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your applications to employers, your misuse of automation features, or your violation of these Terms or law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as features evolve. Continued use after the updated “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires explicit consent.
15. Contact
